Contest Rules:
1. Contest Timing: The PGS Fall $250 Giftcard Sweepstakes (the "Contest") starts at 12:00 am on October 7th, 2012, and ends at 11:59 pm on All Hallows Evening, October 31st, 2012.
2. Entering the Contest Details: No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest, and a purchase does not increase your chance of winning. Must enter by 11:59 on October 31st, 2012. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
3. Winner will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest, and will be drawn the week of November 1st, 2012. The winner will be notified via email/phone.
4. The winner of the Contest will be posted for thirty days on www. portlandgeneralstore.com after the close of the Contest.
5. Conditions: The Contest Sponsor and its agents, directors, officers and
employees are not responsible for, shall not be liable for, and hereby
disclaim all liability arising from or relating to: (i) electronic,
hardware or software program, network, Internet, computer or other
malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, whether human or
technical; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer
transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control
of the Contest Sponsor; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in
any materials associated with the Contest; or (v) any injuries,
losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result
of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from
participation in the Contest. The Contest Sponsor reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the Contest should any unauthorized human intervention or other causes
beyond the Contest Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest.
In the event that proper administration of the Contest is
prevented by such causes as contemplated above, the Contest Sponsor
will pick the winners from all eligible, non-suspect Chances earned
prior to such action. By participating in the Contest, participants
agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor
and its agents, directors, officers and employees, and all others
associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from
any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind
arising out of or relating to the Contest, participation in the Contest and any prize, including but not limited to statutory and
common law claims for misappropriation or participant’s right of
publicity. The Contest shall be governed by Maine law. Limited Edition items are not a part of gift card prize, and only one shave brush per gift card allowed.
