Matcha Sea Salt Caramel Coconut Ice Latte

Matcha Layer:
- 1 tbs matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla bean
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ice

Coconut Milk Layer:
- 1 cup coconut milk

Salted Caramel Layer
- 2 - 3 cups ice

Directions (makes two servings):
1) Place the matcha layer ingrediets in a blender, blend until smooth. Set aside.
2) Add 2 tablespoons of salted caramel sauce to each glass, and add ice to fill glass.
3) Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk into each glass.
4) Top with the matcha layer in equal amounts for each glass.
5) Enjoy!
